01103 HT Chamber Liner Attachment

1. HT Series chamber liners are first secured in place with a high temperature adhesive.

2. A 1/2" x 3/4" stainless steel tab stop is them welded in place, positioned at six o'clock on the open end or outlet side of the chamber as a mechanical stop. (The tab can be bent to allow for future replacement as necessary.)

Note: Early models did not have a stainless steel tab.  If the unit does not have a stainless steel tab, fasten in place by placing a small amount of Furnace Cement (about 1/2" high x 1" diameter) at the open or outlet side of the chamber in the six o'clock position. This is the same location as we presently position the stainless steel mechanical stop.
